Last semester drove me to the very edge of sanity, so while it wasn’t how I planned for it to be - I took the summer off. I barely knit, I didn’t podcast, and I spent a lot of time with my family. I’ve missed this though, and I am so happy to be back! It felt really great recording this episode.

Hey Christine,
I just love listening to your podcast. Good luck with school starting on Monday. I start back on Wednesday (I’m a non-tradtional student looking for who I want to be when I grow up too). If you need help with your Psych class let me know since Psych is my major.

What an interesting episode, culture and yarn, yarn and culture combined - enjoyed every minute of it!
Went immediately to search your blog for what size dpn you use for The P´s in Koigu. 2.5 mm turned out to be too stretchy, but my 2.00 does not seem to do the Koigu justice. Grateful if you could share what size you used (have googled for this combination P with K) - thanks in advance. Looking forwad to your next episode and all the best wishes for the upcoming term!

Dear Christine,
I just wanted to thank you so much for the advice on where to go yarn shopping in London - I’m soon going to visit Great Britain, and I’m soo going to raid some of the stores you recommended (I’m from Austria, and around here we don’t have many yarn brands, and apart from ordering online no chances to get the different brands).
Apart from that I really love your podcast, and am looking forward to your next installment!

I’m so glad you’re back! I’m downloaded your Podcast onto a CD and you kept me happily entertained through my back-to-school-commute nightmare. I started the CD as I pulled out of the driveway and was listening to the final tune as I pulled into work. I loved hearing about the London and Wales! Big Pink Cookie to you!

That is it, Christine/Cpurl! I looked all over for a link for it - I had found it before, but couldn’t find it again when I did the show notes. I’ll add the link in the next day or so. Perfect!

You’re back!! Goodie!
I just found your podcast a few weeks ago. I only had the May downloads…loved them all.
Great pointy sticks. I brough my size 19s to a staff meeting and was accused of Vampire Hunting.
Can’t wait to hear the ‘cast.

Christine, fantastic, I felt like I was back in London again! Thanks for the excellent triptick. Hey I have a (probably remedial) question for you. I’m just putting a blog up and want to take your button and link to your page. How do I do that exactly? When I do “copy image” it doesn’t link and when I do “copy location” it copies the link but no button. tips? thanks so much. Kathleen

Bless you for the Salad & Go link - I KNEW the minute you talked about it on the podcast that I HAD TO HAVE IT.
Can I offer a filenaming suggestion? Right now, it just shows as ‘episode7.mp3′ or whatever - could you put PSticksEpidsode7 or something similar?! It helps a lot when my download directory gets out of hand!

I am new to your podcast and I love it!! I was excited to find another Texas knitter…and being that, one who also knits wool socks!! Because, you know, it gets really cold down here…
Keep up the good work!!
